If you’ve been around here for a bit, you know I’m all about flavor, texture, and building adventurous little palates. This week, we’re zooming out and looking at the big picture: the first 100 foods. How is Finn almost 11 months old? Is time real?
This isn’t a strict checklist or race to the finish line. It’s a loose roadmap to help introduce a wide range of flavors, textures, and nutrients to your baby during the first year. We’ve been crossing off the ones we’ve already covered from both recipes you’ve seen here and things we’ve tried out in the wild. Print it out. Stick it on the fridge. Do with it what you want but you know I live for a list! LOL
